Edward Wright came to CRH from the luxury retail sector, where he held senior management positions at the Richemont Corporation. Upon arriving at CRH, Mr. Wright set out to maximize the value of the CRH O’Regan System® and was instrumental in its introduction to Gastroenterologists in the United States, thereby creating a paradigm shift in the treatment of hemorrhoids within the Gastroenterology community.
Mr. Wright directed a strategic business review that, in December 2014, culminated in the launch of CRH Anesthesia Management, a business that provides GI anesthesia services to ambulatory surgical centers across the US. CRH Anesthesia has become one of the leading GI anesthesia companies in the US with the goal of becoming the nation’s pre-eminent provider of GI anesthesia.
Chief Financial Officer for CRH Medical Corporation
Prior to joining CRH, Richard Bear worked at ID Biomedical Corporation as Chief Financial Officer until 2006, when the company was acquired by GlaxoSmithKline. Since joining CRH in 2006, Mr. Bear has planned and executed all of our financial transactions including acquisition financing, as well as the accounting and financial integration of CRH Anesthesia’s acquisitions into our organization. CRH Anesthesia and its GI partners have benefitted from Mr. Bear’s focus on technology, operational efficiency and financial controls.
President for CRH Anesthesia
Since joining CRH in July of 2016, Mr. Kreger has further developed an anesthesia management team necessary to grow and sustain our best-in-class anesthesia service and ensure the seamless integration of newly acquired practices onto the CRH Anesthesia platform.
Formerly VP of Development for the Ambulatory Surgery Division of HCA, Mr. Kreger was responsible for expanding HCA’s network to +130 ASCs through acquisitions and partnerships. Prior to HCA, Mr. Kreger provided business development and operations advisory services to physicians and healthcare companies, as well as strategic direction and performance management for regional ASC operations for several large US healthcare companies. Mr. Kreger has over 25 years of diversified experience, focusing on Business Development and Operations.
Senior Vice President of Operations for CRH Anesthesia
Beemal Shah is an experienced leader and operator with both acute care and multi-site experience. He has served as a CEO or COO for various hospitals under Duke LifePoint Health and Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). Beemal comes to us most recently from Davita, Inc. where he served as Division Vice President for DaVita Kidney Care. In addition to his leadership and healthcare experience, he brings a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, all of which are a valuable addition to the CRH Anesthesia team.
Vice President of Integration and Clinical Quality for CRH Anesthesia
As VP of Integration and Clinical Quality, Beth oversees the integration process for new partnerships and CRH Anesthesia’s clinical quality programs across the country. Prior to CRH, Beth managed operations and anesthesia services for a multi-site ambulatory surgical center company and has over 20 years of GI endoscopy center management. Beth graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and maintains an active Nurse Practitioner license.
Vice President of Development for CRH Anesthesia
Carter Blanton has over 10 years of experience in healthcare management with a primary focus in ASC operations and business development. Prior to CRH, Carter worked for Covenant Surgical Partners where he managed a portfolio of Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, and other specialty surgical facilities as well as their anesthesia programs.
Medical Director for CRH Anesthesia
Dr. Ed Sutton has been practicing anesthesia for nearly 25 years with his areas of expertise aiding to assure the consistent delivery of quality anesthesia services at the centers served by CRH Anesthesia. He is responsible for directing and monitoring CRNA activities as well as contributing to overall operations through involvement with management. Dr. Sutton completed both his medical degree and anesthesia training from the Medical College of Georgia and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia. Dr. Sutton is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Associate Medical Director for CRH Anesthesia
Dr. Donnie Vinson works to maintain the highest quality of anesthesia services for both existing practices and new practices that join as a partner with CRH Anesthesia. Dr. Vinson most recently comes to us from Rockdale Anesthesia Services in Conyers, Georgia, where he was a practicing partner for 24 years. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and completed his medical degree and residency in Anesthesiology at the Medical College of Georgia.
